ChampionX has an immediate need for a Reliability Lead in our Evansville, WY plant. This position reports to the Plant Manager. What’s in it For You: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our personal and corporate best Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and empowers its employees through continuous improvement Comprehensive benefits package starting first day of employment What You Will Do: Responsible for facility maintenance program, including contractor management Develop and evolve maintenance program to avoid process interruption and quality issues Train and develop production team in routine maintenance on production equipment Create and manage annual plant maintenance budget Assist in managing capital projects and installation of equipment Lead process safety program at the facility Work with corporate SH&E to ensure site permits are in compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies Ensure production team and other key stakeholders are trained to safely operate equipment after scheduled improvements or shutdowns occur Minimum Qualification: College degree and a minimum 3 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED Equivalent with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience Familiarity with plant and/or production equipment Experience in process safety Demonstrable problem-solving aptitude and planning skills, with a good attention to detail Ability to think outside the box Ability to work with limited direction from management Outstanding teamwork and communication skills About ChampionX ChampionX is a global leader in providing chemistry programs and services, drilling technology, artificial lift solutions, and automation technologies for the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry.
